Mushroom Sauce hello, from Mütevazý Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects in this section we have a sauce recipe we will share “Mushroom Sauce” recipe but firstly the ingredients 15-20 cultivated mushrooms half lemon 1 tablespoon of butter 1 small onion 1,5 glass of water 1,5 tablespoon of flour 1 teaspoon of black pepper

And 2 teaspooon of salt after the ingredient list we can start cooking “Mushroom Sauce” we have 1 onion we chop subtly as we can we shall go near the pan to roast the onion we melt the half of the butter present and we roast the minced onion

While the onion is being roasted we continue with choping the mushrooms now we can chop the mushrooms with rapid gesture we mop the mushrooms with a napkin shortly after we wash them that they will stay for a short time in the water

If they stay in water for too much time they vacuum the water therefore we didn’t wait much now we chop quickly as we said and now we add them onto the onion roasted as you know mushroom darkens quickly, we continue squeeze of lemon yes now carry we can add the mushrooms now

Because mushroom lets the water… we will bake on furious burning fire we already know that it is baked quickly after a few minutes it is okay we add some salt as we said it darkens, some pampas of lemon we shall go on it is roasted sufficiently, now we take this to the back

We shall put here another pan and prepare the Béchamel sauce the oil is melt, we add the flour we roast until the color of flour changes now slowly we add the 1,5 glass of cold milk and continue mixing we will bake until it reaches a consistency like custard

We add some salt, and some black pepper into the sauce and go on 47 00:03:51,120 –> 00:03:55,960 as you see it became to boil, take its consistency now we add the mushroom which we cooked shortly before we will bake them together for a few minutes the sauce materials became a united whole

We can turn off the fire now we transfer “Mushroom Sauce” to a bowl it can be a sauce container, as you see it has a good consistency we had cooked baget in the oven it will be accommodated with this “Mushroom Sauce”, ý think we put it to a side

  1. bu daha cok makarna veya zebze gibi yemeklere gider mantarli besamel sos olmus bu,mantar olmasi daha bir lezzet vermistir besamel sosuna makarna parmesan  cok lezzetli olur,ama asil mantarli sos krema ile olur una gerek kalmiyor ozaman, sogan tavanin dibine yapismasi lazim ardindan mantar ve iki dakika sonra yarim bardak beyaz sarap la cizzz yapmasi gerek,artik ardindan krema ve dövülmüs karabiber katilabilir,sarap yerine limon ile bir kasik sirkede olur yada sikilmis elma suyu,ama sakin marketlerdeki sekerli elma suyundan olmasin et tadi istiyorsaniz önceden pisirdiginiz etin suyu kaldiysa katin,yada hatta eti pisirdikten sonra bir tabaga alip sosu et pisirdiginiz tavada yapin.
