Greetings, welcome to my channel. Today, I will give you an easy pastry recipe to make in a pan, with the appearance and taste of Adana pastry. I am moving on to making it. I melt 125 grams of butter, and at the same time, I prepare the sauce for the pastry. I mix two eggs, 1 glass of milk and 1 teaspoon of salt. I will use 14 baklava phyllo dough and two normal phyllo dough. I will use broad beans and fish dough. I place the pan I will use and cut it in a round shape. I will use the parts on the edges for the pastry. The pan I use is 28 cm in diameter. You can use it in pans with a diameter of 30-26 cm. Being too small will cause the pastry to be thin or thick, so the measurements are not very important. I poured some oil on the bottom of the pan and spread it with a brush. I placed the baklava phyllo dough. I said I would use 14 baklava phyllo sheets. I will place 7 round pieces on top of each other by applying oil between them. And of course, I will also use the pieces on the edges. I drizzle the whole sauce with a little bit of the sauce that I will use in this section. And the second phyllo I will place the cheese first and dip it in the sauce in the same way and place it in the pan. This will be the intermediate layer. I dip the phyllo into the sauce in the same way and place it on the cheese. After the regular phyllo dough , I put the remaining 7 of the baklava phyllo in the pan by applying oil in the same way . After it starts to warm up, I adjust the temperature to be a little higher than low heat and turn it and cook it with the lid closed until the bottom is browned.
