Ingredients for Sea Bean Appetizer Recipe
Half a kilo of sea beans
For the sauce;

Juice of half a lemon
Half a tea glass of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic crushed First, we wash our sea beans with plenty of water. If there are any soily areas, we can clean them by cutting them.
Then, we boil them for 10-15 minutes until the sea beans soften.
We clean the boiled sea beans one by one by pulling them down from the top and separating them from their bones.
We mix our sauce ingredients well in a bowl and serve by pouring it over.
Note: Salt should definitely not be added.
