📝 Malzemeler
• 500 gr kıyma
• 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
• 1 adet yumurta
• 1 orta boy soğan (rendelenmiş ya da rondodan çekilmiş)
• 3 diş sarımsak (ezilmiş)
• 1 çay kaşığı karabiber
• 1 çay kaşığı pul biber
• 1 çay kaşığı nane
• 1 tatlı kaşığı salça
• 1 yemek kaşığı ayçiçek yağı
• 1 tutam maydanoz (ince kıyılmış)
• 1 su bardağı çekilmiş, kurutulmuş ekmek içi

Kızartmak için:
• Köftelerin yarısına gelecek kadar ayçiçek yağı

Servis için:
• Patates kızartması
• Kıl biber kızartması
• Pilav

👩🏻‍🍳 Yapılışı
1. Tüm malzemeleri derin bir kaba alın.
2. Malzemeler iyice özleşene kadar yaklaşık 5–7 dakika yoğurun.
3. Harçtan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alıp oval şekil verin.
4. Tavaya köftelerin yarısına gelecek kadar yağ ekleyin ve iyice kızdırın.
5. Köfteleri arkalı önlü çevirerek güzelce kızartın.

Bu tarifle yaklaşık 20 adet köfte elde edebilirsiniz. İsterseniz harcın bir kısmını buzdolabında dinlendirip ertesi gün de kızartabilirsiniz.

📝 Ingredients
• 500 g ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 medium onion (grated or finely blended)
• 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon dried mint
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
• A handful of parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 cup dried breadcrumbs

For frying:
• Sunflower oil (enough to come halfway up the meatballs)

For serving:
• French fries
• Fried green peppers
• Rice

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Knead well for about 5–7 minutes until fully combined.
3. Take walnut-sized pieces and shape them into oval patties.
4. Heat enough oil in a pan so it comes halfway up the meatballs.
5. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.

This recipe makes about 20 meatballs. You can also refrigerate some of the mixture and fry it the next day.

Serve with fries, fried green peppers, and rice.
