2,5 su bardağı ılık süt
Yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ
1 tatlı kaşığı şeker
1paket instant maya
2 tatlı kaşığı tuz
7-8 su bardağı un (kontrollü eklemekte fayda var )
Üzeri için
1 adet yumurta sarısı
Yapılışı
Hamuru yumuşak bir hamur olacak şekilde yoğuralım. Ilık ortamda 2-3 saat mayalanmaya bırakalım. Mayalanan hamurun havasını aldıktan sonra 18 bezeye bölelim merdaneyle açıp dörde bölelim üst üste koyup kürdanla video daki gibi ortasını bastıralım. En üstten başlayarak katlayalım.
Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürüp üzerine bi tepsi koyup bu şekilde 20 dk tepsi mayası yapalım. Bu aşama önemli puf poğaçalar olsun istiyorsanız tepsi mayası yapmalıyız. Fırına vermeden üzerindeki tepsiyi almayı unutmayalım.
180 derece fırında 40 dk pişirelim.
Son olarak fırından çıkınca üzerine tereyağ sürelim.
