* 1 çay bardağı sıvıyağı ( 100 Ml)
* 6 su bardağı un ( yaklaşık 600 gram )
İç Harcı İçin:
* 3 adet orta boy haşlanmış patates
* Yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağı ( 50 Ml)
* 2 yemek kaşığı salça ( 30 gram )
* 1 adet orta boy soğan
* Nane, kırmızı toz biber, karabiber
Üzeri İçin:
* Haşhaş
