1 Adet Bütün Tavuk Göğsü
Sıvı yağ
Tuz
2 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı toz biber
2 diş sarımsak (eklemeyebilirsiniz ben lezzetli buluyorum)
1 su bardağı su
1 paket lavaş ekmeği
✨2 adet mor soğan + bi avuç kadar maydanoz (sumak ,isot ,ve tuz ile harmanlayalım)

Yapılışı
Tavuğu ince bir şekilde kıyıp tavada soteliyoruz. Suyunu bırakmaya başlayınca kapağını kapatıp ara ara karıştıralım.
Suyunu çekince baharatları ekleyip sarımsağı ilave edelim.
Karıştırıp 1 su bardağı suyu ekleyelim.
2-3 dk daha pişirip lavaşı üzerine kapatıp yumuşamasını bekleyelim.
İçine malzemeleri koyup dürüm yapalım.
Bu tarifle 6 tane dürüm çıktı bizde . Lavaşlar büyük olmasına rağmen.

Chicken Wrap Homemade (Very Practical)
1 Whole Chicken Breast
Oil
Salt
2 teaspoons of red pepper powder
2 cloves of garlic (you can omit it, I find it delicious)
1 glass of water
1 pack of lavash bread
✨2 purple onions + a handful of parsley (let’s blend it with sumac, isot, and salt)
✨Tomato
How to make
We chop the chicken finely and sauté it in the pan. When it starts to release its water, close the lid and stir occasionally.
When the water evaporates, add the spices and garlic.
Let’s mix and add 1 glass of water.
Let’s cook for another 2-3 minutes, cover the lavash and wait for it to soften.
Let’s put the ingredients in it and make a wrap.
We got 6 wraps with this recipe. Although the lavashes are big.
Note (Actually, we use cottonseed oil as oil and prepare it with a recipe suitable for home facilities)
