MALZEMELER:

1 kilo gök domates
1 kilo kornişon salatalık
250 gram süs biber
250 gram jalepone
250 gram top biber
Yarım kilo kelek
1 kilo acur
3 adet havuç
5 baş sarımsak

Her 2 litre için:
2 yemek kaşığı tuz
2 tatlı kaşığı toz şeker
2 çay kaşığı limon tuzu
2 çay bardağı üzüm sirkesi
Yeteri kadar arıtıcı veya içme suyu

Hello my precious Viewers and Followers. BINNUR’S KITCHEN Welcome to my channel and kitchen. Today, I have a wonderful mixed pickle recipe for you that you can’t get enough of . I prepare this pickle in 2 liter jars. You can enjoy it throughout the winter without any melting.

My recipe is fully measured and guaranteed. Before starting my recipe , if you write me in the comments who watched it and where, I will find out where my dear followers watched it. Without keeping you waiting any longer, I am moving on to the recipe for this delicious pickle. Enjoy watching everyone.

I used many kinds of vegetables in this recipe. One of them is a semi-variegated tomato that has not yet formed. Tomatoes. I washed it well and drained it. After cleaning the root part, I divide it into two. Then I chop it into small pieces. I put the variegated tomato that I chopped

Into its large container. We will collect all the ingredients in a large basin. I used a kilo of cucumber in my recipe, washed the cucumbers well and dried them. After cleaning the root part, I cut it into small circular shapes.

I chop the cucumbers into the Lenin where we will combine the other ingredients. I found about half a kilo of such kelek. After cleaning the tip and root part of the small ones, some small and some big, I drill a few holes. I put them directly as a whole.

After cleaning the root and tip of the larger ones, I cut them into 4 pieces. These curds will add flavor to our pickles. I bought a kilo of medium size gherkin cucumbers. After cleaning the tip and root part, I chop them just like the bitter ones.

I washed these peppers well, removed the root part, and then chopped them into small pieces. I washed 3 carrots well. I peel the shells using a peeler. I will chop these into small pieces like cucumbers and cucumbers. By the way, I will share all the ingredients I used in my recipe

With their measurements in the Description section below the video . If you want, you can also look at it from there. I washed 250 grams of ornamental pepper and 250 grams of ball pepper well. I do not remove the stem parts of these. I make 2-3 holes with the help of a toothpick.

Thus, the juice of the pickle will enter from these parts. It will make our chili more delicious. These are a little spicy. If you don’t like them, you can add any vegetable you want. You don’t have to add hot pepper. I put all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Here I mix it until it all blends together. I used 5 heads of garlic in my recipe. I peeled the garlic and divided the very large pieces of garlic into 2-3. I will put the smaller ones whole. I washed the 2 liter jar well and dried it.

I put some garlic at the base. I fill the jar halfway with the vegetables I mixed. In the meantime, I squeeze it a little with my hand, using very light movements. This way more vegetables will fit. I put a few garlic cloves in the middle again. Then

You can enjoy this pickle throughout the winter. I put some garlic at the base. I fill it halfway with vegetables. I add some garlic again and fill it again until it reaches the thin part. In the meantime, I compress it with light movements and a little pressure with my hand.

After reaching the top, I add a few garlic cloves again. I filled a total of 4 2 liter jars with these ingredients . I put 2 tablespoons of rock salt for a 2 liter jar. Do not use fine salt or table salt. These salts can cause melting in your pickles.

So use only pickling salt or only rock salt. I put 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar for each 2 liter jar. Then I add 2 teaspoons of lemon salt for each 2 liter jar. You can also add half a Lemon for each jar at this stage.

I add 2 tea glasses of grape vinegar for each jar. You can also use apple cider vinegar at this stage. It does not matter. You will get very delicious and beautiful pickles with both. The tea cup size I used is 125 milliliters.

I add purifier water until it reaches the thin part of the jars . At this stage, do not use tap water , either boil your water and cool it, use purifier or drinking water. This way, your pickles will definitely not melt. I am trying to explain to you
