These amazing, spicy and sweet bang bang chicken nuggets might actually be closer to boom boom chicken, which is why I’m kind of hoping people start calling them bang bang boom boom chicken nuggets, but no matter what you call them, these will be a huge hit at your next party. Enjoy!

Its so delicious
Why is this not in English?
Chef John, I’ve become vegetarian since I started watching your channel years ago. But I still watch because your flavors are so good! I can usually adapt to meat-free. Thank you!!! 🙅🏻♀️🍗
You didn't dip any in the sauce!!
You mean Brain Brain chicken nuggets. These look like eating possum brains.
This starch thing can be made in a bowl. Why a plastic bag….
Who buys self-rising flour?!?
bodacious
Legendary.
Don't know if I have the patience or space to make those nuggets, but that sauce is definitely going to show up in a few dishes for me. Thanks Chef!
Do we have to grind the chicken? Will it work with coating the pieces with the seasoning?
Hello chef John!
Pleasantly surprised that the lunatics that think "seed oils" are poison haven't made it to the chef john videos.
Why not just buy ground chicken?
Im definitely going to use some good Costco chicken chunk nuggets for this. Awesome stuff john!
I just made this. Next time… I'm gonna leave the nuggets to Mr. Tyson or Mr. Perdue, and just make the sauce. But cut the mayo in half/double up on the other ingredients. The sauce is a winner but it needs to be stronger overall IMO. My nuggets were nothing special (altho they came out great) and I kinda prefer whole meat to fritters.
I did not know that this sauce was essentially just "spicy tuna" sauce.
How do they raise boneless chickens?
omg I was literally 10 years old being a little girl watching chef John cook on yt when I was a kid…. I’m 25 now. it’s so nostalgic coming back to the channel and hearing his smooth cool voice again. 🥹💕thank you chef John for the memories! ✨
Happy New Year Chef John 🥳🎉 Thank you for all of the great recipes and humor over the years.
I love your videos. Please make huevos rancheros.
Thank you Chef John and Food wishes for keeping your video shots almost short enough to keep my cat from attacking my TV while I watch your great videos.
Don't usually gravitate towards fried items, but 2025 is the year for new challenges. Followed the recipe step by step and was delighted with the outcome. Loved the flavor that a 50/50 mixture of white & dark chicken meat produced. I'll never purchase grocery version again. Thanks, John!
Watching this & my wife goes “who’s that?”
Me: that’s Chef John!! YouTube’s OG chef!!
Time flies.. first time I remember watching your videos was when I was single & today I celebrated my 15 year anniversary!

Made these last night as a test for a large group dinner that I need to cook for next month. Verdict: success! Very tasty, not hard to make in large batches, and suitable for pre-cooking.
Surprise finding: pairs well with Chef John’s San Francisco-style garlic noodles.
Is frying necessary? Can’t we bake them?
This is dinner tonight. I'm excited.
shiraca is not hot
I am totally hungry now.
This will be my next foodgasm
