– carbonara seasoning packet
– hot sauce packet
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 to 2 tablespoons Kewpie mayo
– fried egg
– fried dumplings
– chopped scallions
– ramen pack
– ramen “pasta” water

MISO CARBONARA RECIPE

– two 7-ounce packets cooked udon
– 2 whole eggs
– 2 egg yolks
– 3/4 cup grated parmesan
– 2 tablespoons yellow miso paste
– 1 tablespoon gochujang paste
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– salt, to taste
– 4 ounces beef bacon, chopped
– 1 cup chopped Shiitake mushrooms
– 2 teaspoons minced garlic
– 1/3 to 1/2 cup pasta water

SPICY PEANUT UDON GROUND BEEF

– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 to 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/3 cup hot water
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons sambal
– 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
– 1/2 pound ground beef, cooked with salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– salt, to taste
– chopped cilantro, garnish
– chopped peanuts, garnish
