Malzemeler
Tangzhon ön hamur için;
1 su bardağı un
Yarım su bardağı un

Hamur için;
1.5 su bardağından 1 parmak eksik ılık süt
2 yemek kaşığı toz şeker
2 çay kaşığı instant maya
1 adet yumurta
1.5 çay kaşığı tuz
Tangzhong hamuru
1.5 yemek kaşığı tereyağı

İngrediens
For Tangzhon ;
1 cup of water
1/2 cup bread flour

For dough;
1 1/3 cups warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
1 egg
1.5 tsp salt
Tangzhong
1.5 tbsp of butter
