6 Cups All-Purpose Flour (मैदा)
1 tsp Oil (तेल)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Water & Milk as required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी और दूध)
For Chutney:
100 gm Kashmiri Red Chilies (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)
3-4 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर सॉस)
½ tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
¼ tsp MSG (एजिनोमोटो)
1 tsp Momos Masala (मोमोज मसाला)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)
A Pinch of Sugar (चुटकी भर चीनी)
