Method:
Beat the eggs and sugar until they become pale in color and the sugar is completely dissolved. Make sure to beat on low speed for 2-3 minutes. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg bowl, then add vanilla essence and a pinch of salt, using a folding method to mix. Lastly, add sifted all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, making sure not to overmix. Pour the batter into a 9×9 baking pan and bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool for 1 hour before cutting into those fudgy, yummy brownies ✨
