Looks awesome. Do u prefer baby backs vs stl cut for party ribs? I did stl last time, but there is a lot more fat to render and thinking baby back may be better for this method.

I never considered cutting them first and then smoking. Every time I do ribs for a party I have done the whole rack and cut them up. The more you know 🌈. Thanks!
