Ingredients:
500g potatoes peeled and chopped into small chunks
2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2 green chilies finely sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon kasoori meethi
Fresh coriander
150ml boiled kettle water
