Bugün sizlere balkonda saksıda yetiştirmiş olduğum yeşil soğanlarla yaptığım Katmer tarifi paylaşacağım. O kadar lezzetli ve güzel oluyor ki bu yeşil soğanla yapmış olduğum katmere bayılacaksınız. İnşallah sizde denediğinizde çok beğeneceksiniz.
//Kullandığım su bardağı ölçüsü: 250 ml
MALZEMELER:
1,5 su bardağı ılık su (345gr)
1 çay kaşığı maya (2,5gr)
1 çay kaşığı toz şeker (2,5)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz (5 gr)
3,5 su bardağı un (450gr)
İç harcı için
2 demet yeşil soğan
100 gram lor peynir
1 çay kaşığı tuz (2,5gr)
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı toz biber(2,5gr)
1 çay kaşığı pul biber(2,5gr)
Arasını yağlamak için:
150 gram tere yağ

Before I start my recipe, if you write me in the comments who watched from where, I will learn from where my dear followers watch. Without making you wait any longer, I’m going to the recipe for this delicious katmer. Have a good time everyone. First of all, we will prepare our green onions.
I put the onions in the pot. This way my onions grew very well. I also wanted to evaluate them. I take 2 bunches of green onions from the root. I cut off the fringed parts of the onions I removed. Then I completely cleanse them of their bad crusts.
This is how we got our green onions. This is how I evaluate onions with green ends. I just put the root part into the soil and it grows by rooting on its own. I cleaned the green onions in 2 bunches and took them out. I’m planting new onions in place of onions.
It is sufficient that only the fringed parts touch the ground. After planting these onions in the empty parts, I pour Can juice on them. I will get green onions again by watering it every two days. I washed the green onions I prepared well and drained them.
I chop all of them very finely, without separating the white from the green . I put the chopped green onions in a large bowl. I add 100 grams of curd cheese to it. As a spice, I add a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder and
Mix them all well. I set aside the inner mortar I prepared. I add one and a half cups of warm water to the mixing bowl . I add 1 teaspoon of granulated yeast, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and mix with the help of a spatula until the yeast is completely dissolved.
I used three and a half cups of flour in my recipe. I add the flour little by little in a controlled way. The water glass size I used in my recipe is 250 milliliters. After mixing a little more, I add the rest of the flour. I add 1 teaspoon of salt and
Take the spatula out of the dough. I will knead it by hand for 2-3 minutes. After 3 minutes, I finally sprinkle some flour on the counter. I take the dough I have collected on the counter. For 4-5 minutes, I will knead the dough here until I get a pulpy dough.
The more you knead your dough, the more concise dough you get, the more delicious and beautiful your products will be. I both knead the dough and turn it into a roll on one side. First I cut the dough into 2 equal parts. Then I take one of the piece I cut.
I roll it up again. I divide this dough into 3 equal parts. I turn the piece I cut into meringue. After sprinkling some flour on the tray, I take the meringues onto the tray. I put 6 meringues on the tray. I sprinkle some flour on it. I
Put it in a clean bag and let it rest for an hour at room temperature. When you rest the dough very well, it will be easier for you to roll it out. At the end of an hour, we open it on our meringues. They rested pretty well. I get one on the counter.

I also close the exposed edges by squeezing them in my hand. If you want, you can make all your meringues this way and set them aside. You can then cook them all in order. Or you can cook it right away like I did. I’ve had the pan hot enough.
I put the katmer on the ceiling that I have made hot. After 2 minutes I finally turn it over. I have turned the part over and grease it with butter. Then I turn the other side. I also grease this part with butter. Butter will make our katmer both brown well
And make it more delicious. I cook, turning frequently, until both sides are nicely browned. Don’t think that I’ll cook one side and then cook the other side. The katmer that you cook by turning it frequently will be more delicious and cooked better. Our first katmer was cooked beautifully.
Now we take it from the pan. We will cook the remaining 5 katmer in this way by turning it frequently. Do not forget to lubricate both sides well. We cooked all of our katmer. I tried to explain all the tricks in my recipe to you in detail.
