Moja MRAMOROVÁ PLNKA do kuraťa — á la Igor :
-8ks čerstvého pečiva /rohlík/ – pokrájať na drobné kocky
-1ks veľká cibuľa – na drobno pokrájať a porestovať do hneda
-1/2 kg kuracích pečienok – rozmixovať
-1/2 kg kuracej , morčacej , dusenej šunky – pokrájať na kúsky ako pečivo
–hrsť hrozienok
-hrsť vlašských orechov – posekať a porestovať
-6 vaječných bielkov – vytrepať do pevného snehu
-4 vaječné žĺtka – rozšľahať s kvapkou mleka
–olivový olej
-soľ , biele korenie , petržlenova vňať – podľa chuti , petržlen na drobno posekať
Všetko zmiešať dohromady , pridať cca. O,5dcl. olivoveho oleja , naplniť kurča a upiecť ako vo videu !!! Pri porcovaní sa plnka nerozpadá a má mramorový rez !!!
Takto robím aj plnku do plechu vytreného rastlinnym tukom zasypaným strúhankou a na vrch plnky zasypať strúhankou ! Piecť do zlatova pri 200°C cca.40min. !!! Po cca. 30minutách odskúšať vidličkou , či sa nelepí !
Dá sa jesť aj na studeno .
