Hamur ele hafif yapışan bir kıvamda olacak.
Hamurun üzerini örtüp 1 saat kadar mayalanmaya bırakın.
Hamur oluşur.
Yumurta sarısını ve 1 yemek kaşığı yağı çırpıp hamurun üzerine dökün.
İstenirse hamurun üzerine susam da serpilebilir.

Önceden ısıtılmış 250 derecelik fırında ters çevirerek pişirilir.
15-20 dakika kontrollü bir şekilde pişirilir.
Börek piştikten sonra üzerine su serpilir (yumuşatmak için)
