Soy cured it much quicker and much nicer. Take out after 48 hours, they're really jammy and are amazing as a topper

Spends a week making it and then you eat it on toast thats not how you use cured egg yolks, they are a garnish or seasoning for a finished dish to add umami to it.
Those are disgusting. They become way too salty and not worth making at all!
