You know the kind, that cheesy garlicky goodness some restaurants offer alongside fresh bread as you ponder the menu, it’s just so good!! You must make it, you will simply love it!! Two things to mention, 1: so happy you guys are LOVING these extra videos (I really have been loving filming them and sharing more recipes with you) and 2: just a reminder that these videos are always in ADDITION to my regular content not in place of and this week we are back with regular uploading and there’s a whole lot of yummy stuff coming so be ready!!

Wow! – That looks great – Cheers!
Hello my friend and let’s start the new year with happy new year to you and your family. Well this is just perfect for me and that crusty bread. Nice crunchy delicious for dipping. I think I could eat the whole thing with a whole loaf of bread. I love this recipe definitely going to make it. I like to put a lot of fresh dill in it also, thank you for sharing. Have a great day. Enjoy your family and God bless everyone.🙏😋💕🌍
Hi Laura! why do you use just olive oil and not extra virgin?
Thanks for the dip recipe
I used to make something like this a couple of years ago. I don't know why but I'd always want something to snack on before bed. I remembered my friend's and I going to an Italian restaurant years ago. And they had the best dipping sauce. So I tried to recreate it. I see now what I was missing because I used everything but the fresh parsley and freshly grated parmesan. I just know this is going to be delicious. Thanks for sharing.
Delicious, healthy and flavourful recipe dear
So, why not to use evoo?
Put a little anchovy in it, too. (Maybe you did but it wasn't in thumbnail).
What exactly is in Italian seasoning? I don't get this kind of seasoning mix in my country 🙁
Is it actually better using regular olive oil instead of extra virgin? Or was that more of a cost-effective reccomendation? I personally love a flavorful olive oil, but if it's actually better to use regular, i trust your opinion!
Bless you Laura.
And Thank You. ❤❤🎉😊😊
Why not EVOO?
looks delicious! do you have a recipe for the bread?
Just for clarification: if you have it at hand, you can also use extra virgin olive oil – it is not bad or unsuitable, it is just a bit more expensive, as it is cold pressed from the first crop of whole olives.
This is my fave bread dip
This dip is SO much better when you toast the garlic!
Love!!!
Very similar to the dip at Bertucci’s restaurant. BUT, yours looks better!
Will definitely. Try this thank you so much for sharing! May i ask for an easy bread recipe for non bakers like me. Thank you! Happy new year ❤
How long would this last? Would you be able to make and give as a gift?

You should say found in many Italian-American restaurants. You will not find this anywhrre in Italy.
Why not EVOO?
Tyvm 😊 yum 😋
Do you have any Italian Amaretti cookie recipe with cherry jam topping?
I love this! I add a teaspoon of honey to mine and, instead of red pepper flakes, I use Calabrian Chilies. So Good!!! Sometimes for dinner, I make this dip, fresh bread, and a few slices of beefsteak tomatoes. Thanks!!!
Why not extra virgin? Can't wait to try this!!
