MALZEMELER:

1 su bardağı ılık süt(200ml)
1 çay kaşığı maya(2 gram)
1 yemek kaşığı toz şeker(20 gram)
2 yemek kaşığı zeytin yağı(20 gram)
1 yumurta
3,5 su bardağı un(420 gram)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz(8 gram)
İç Harcı:
5 patates
1 yemek kaşığı zeytin yağı
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı toz biber
1 çay kaşığı nane
1 çay kaşığı kara biber
4-5 dal maydanoz
100 gram kaşar peynir

Hello my precious Viewers and Followers. BINNUR’S KITCHEN Welcome to my channel and kitchen. Today, I have a recipe for pan pastry that you can make very easily and that you will never get enough of. I put potatoes in this pastry. You can add whatever filling you want. Before I start my recipe

For this, I put a glass of warm milk into the kneading bowl. I add a tablespoon of granulated sugar. I add a teaspoon of powdered yeast and mix it well with the help of a spatula. After mixing the ingredients well, I add 1 egg. I keep mixing.

I also add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I used 3 and a half cups of flour in this recipe. We will get a very soft dough. Therefore, when adding your flour, add it slowly, in a controlled manner. After mixing it a little more with a spatula, I add the remaining flour.

I add 1 teaspoon of salt and remove the spatula from the dough. After this stage, I will knead the dough by hand in the kneading bowl for 3-4 minutes . The more you knead your dough and the more solid dough you get, the more beautiful and delicious the product you make will be.

After 4 minutes, we put our dough on the counter. Here I will knead for 4 minutes. We will obtain a completely concise dough. We both knead our dough and roll it into rolls. I divide the rolled dough into 5 equal parts. Then I turn these pieces into meringue.

We will let it rest like this for an hour. I sprinkle some flour on the tray where I will put the meringues. In this way, our meringues will not stick to the tray. I sprinkle some flour on 5 meringue pieces. Then I put it in a clean bag and

Let it rest at room temperature for an hour. Meanwhile, we are preparing the stuffing. For the filling, I boiled 5 potatoes and mashed them a little. I add a teaspoon of black pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil , a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried mint, and

1 teaspoon of red pepper powder. I crush and mix the ingredients well with the help of a masher until they mix well . I chop 4-5 sprigs of parsley into small pieces and add that as well. I grated 100 grams of cheddar cheese. I also add it to the stuffing. Then

I mix it well until all the ingredients are mixed together. I set aside the stuffing I prepared. The meringues of our dough rested well. I take the first meringue I made. I sprinkle some flour on top and bottom and place it on the counter. I expand the meringue a little with my fingers.

And take one piece into my palm. Here I make the filling round. I smooth out the stuffing just like I would make hamburger patties. Then I put this stuffing right in the middle of the dough. Starting from the edge of the dough, I take it all on my hand.

Then leave some space at the very end I turn the dough. I smooth out the excess dough on my hand by rolling it out. I combine the sections I opened at the bottom. As you can see, it is very easy to make. I put all the dough I rolled out

In this way and set it aside. I put aside the things I’ve made and the first ones I made are listened to while I do the others. After I finish all of them, I will immediately start the unpacking process. By the way, I will share all the ingredients I used in my recipe
