  1. I love that knife ! I just checked out the site and didn't find it was on there yet :/ . Also, working in the industry I've noticed that most don't put as much effort into plant based dishes like you or I would. Thank you for showing people that there's more you can do.

  2. My cookbook suggests peeling carrots because the skin can be bitter as a way for the carrot to protect itself when growing. However, I’ve never noticed a major difference. Although I try to peel things if they aren’t organic (though if they’re exposed to pesticides as they grow, does it make a difference? Idk, makes me feel better lol)

  3. The automatic translation of the title and the abstract, as well as the explanations below the video, are just horrible. The AI produces a text that not even the stupidest person would ever dream of.

I didn't find an option on my end to turn this feature off, so I assume that maybe you can turn it off?

    It's really stupid.

  4. Not only is the food you cook delicious, since I cook it too, but I get to enjoy that adorable dog Miss Frankie, and your love for her. My Bella is now 14 and I'll be facing that crisis before too long of losing a best friend. Just enjoy your moments as Frankie will always adore you, too! This is the best, well, one of the best videos. You have made so many. I made these root vegetables and added brussel sprouts, for a shared Christmas dinner with friends. They fixed the main, but the veggies were a huge hit. Can't thank you enough, again and again. I hope you're with family this Christmas and getting Frankie to the US has been simple. I look forward to your adventures and your future; it's bright. You're not old, just better! Enjoy and appreciate your past. It's all part of where you're meant to be. Thank you for respecting animals and sharing everything you know about food. ❤
