Bugün sizler için yapımı oldukça kolay olan ve çok lezzetli Siron tarifi hazırladım. İsterseniz iftar yemeklerinizde İsterseniz akşam yemeğinizde hazırlayabileceğiniz harika bir tat.Hazır yufka ile hazırladığımız için yapımı da oldukça kolay. Sizi mahcup etmeyecek, tarifimin tüm detaylarını videomda en ince ayrıntısına kadar paylaştım. İnşallah sizde denediğinizde çok beğeneceksiniz.

MALZEMELER:
4 adet yufka
2 adet kalçalı but
2,5 su bardağı tavuk suyu

Hello my dear viewers and followers. BINNUR’S KITCHEN Welcome to my channel and my kitchen. Today, I have prepared a very easy and delicious Siron recipe for you. It is a wonderful taste that you can prepare in your iftar meals or in your dinner .
It is also very easy to make, as we prepare it with ready-made phyllo dough. Before I start my recipe, if you write me in the comments who watched from where , I will learn from where my dear followers watch.
Without making you wait any longer, I’m going to the recipe for this delicious dish. Have a good time everyone. First of all, we start with boiling our chickens. I bought 2 thigh thighs for this. After I put it in the pot, I add a teaspoon of salt.
I add two and a half cups of water to it. We will use this water later to wet the phyllo dough. Then we leave our chicken to boil. We boil it first on high heat and then on low heat until it is completely cooked. I used 4 ready-made phyllo dough for this recipe.
If you wish, you can also evaluate the phyllo dough that we have made at home at this stage . When you make it with it, it is really beautiful and delicious. I fold 1 piece of dough 4-5 times. Then I cut it right in the middle. I’m taking one of the pieces aside.
I open the other side on the counter. At this stage, open the wide part of the dough to the opposite side and the other part towards you. Then I fold both sides inwards to be 4 fingers. The tip will be 3 fingers or 4 fingers in the same way. I fold it inwards.
I take a very thin rolling pin. I put the rolling pin into the phyllo by putting it on its part. This will make the wrapping process easier. By the way, if you have watched my recipe so far and liked it, and you still haven’t subscribed to my channel,
I would appreciate it if you subscribe and support me with your likes and comments. We stop 3 fingers before the last part. We wet this part with the help of a brush. In this way, our phyllo will stick. We wrap that part until it is completely finished.
Then we take the rolling pin out of the dough. Do not wrap too tight or too loose at this stage. I want to show you once again. We will do this without a rolling pin. Open the half pastry so that the wide part is towards the opposite side.
We fold the two ends of the pastry inwards so that there are four fingers each. We fold the end part in the same way. We wrap it, starting from the end. Take care to wrap it a little more loosely as there is no rolling pin in between.
We wrap it in this way until 4 fingers remain on the last part. We wet that part with water so that it does not open. I prepared 4 phyllo dough by wrapping it this way. We have obtained 8 rolls in total. You can buy it in twos or fours and cut it.
First, I cut the rolled phyllo in half. Then I cut two inches apart. I arrange it vertically inside my round pyrex. At this stage, you do not need to lubricate your debt. After I fill my debt completely, we will oil the dough on it. So you don’t need to lubricate my debt.
You can cut it in pairs if you want. If you want, you can cut the dough into four and five. The important thing is that all the phyllo that you cut is the same size. By the way, if you watched my recipe so far and liked it,

Then, with the help of a brush, I oil the dough well. In this way, the yufka will be fried better. We opened it to 180 degrees upside down in our oven. We will put the phyllo that we have prepared in the hot oven.
While the pastries are baking in the oven, we are making other preparations. I removed two legs from the bones. I’m shredding the chicken into small chunks. I set aside the chickens that I have plucked. We prepare yogurt to pour on it. For this,
I grate 3 cloves of garlic into two bowls of yogurt. Then I add a teaspoon of salt to the yogurt. I mix until the yogurt is completely smooth. By the way, I will be sharing all the ingredients I used in my recipe with their measurements in the Description section below the video
. If you want, you can also take a look there. We are preparing our oil to pour on it. For this, I melted 3 tablespoons of butter. I put 3 tablespoons of oil in it. Then I add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
After mixing it well, we immediately turn off the bottom of the stove. At the end of 35 minutes, I took the yufka out of the oven. At this stage, we wait for the phyllo to cool down. If you want, you can cook your phyllo the day before.
After it cools well, we will add chicken broth on it. I used two and a half glasses of water while boiling the chickens. We pour all of this water over the phyllo while it is boiling. You can also make it with normal water if you want, but it tastes better with chicken broth.
The important trick is that the chicken broth you put is boiling. After adding two and a half glasses of chicken broth, we wait for it to get wet. The yufkas drew the chicken broth well. I pour the Garlic Yogurt I have prepared on the phyllo dough.
You can even consume it this way without putting chicken on it. Really delicious and good meal. If you want, you can make it as a main meal or as a snack. After adding the yogurt, I drizzle some oil on it. We’re not going to pour all the fat over the garlic yogurt.
We will pour some of it on it after we put the chickens. After pouring some of the oil, I put the chicken on it. I use chicken in this recipe. You can also use ground beef if you want. It doesn’t matter if you want it empty or with chicken
, any kind of minced meat is very tasty. After I put all the chickens in, I drizzle oil on them again. In this way, we add flavor to its taste. Finally, I chopped a few sprigs of parsley into small pieces. I’m scattering it too.
