Bugün sizlere sizler için yumuşacık çok lezzetli poğaça tarifi hazırladım. Poğaçanın arasına Çökelek ve Dereotu kullandım. Sizi mahcup etmeyecek, tarifimin tüm detaylarını videomda en ince ayrıntısına kadar paylaştım. İnşallah sizde denediğinizde çok beğeneceksiniz.

MALZEMELER:

Hamuru için :
4,5 su bardağı un
125 gram tere yağ
1 su bardağı ılık süt
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ

1 demet dere otu

I used cottage cheese and dill between the pastries. It is really beautiful and delicious. My advice to you is to make your pastry in this way once again.

I’m going to the recipe for this delicious pastry. Have a good time everyone. We will knead our pastry dough. For this, I add a glass of warm milk, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1 packet of yeast into the kneading bowl. I mix these ingredients well with the help of a spatula.

I used 2 eggs in my recipe. I take the yolk of one to rub it out. I put the others in the kneading bowl. I also mix the egg with the other ingredients. I add a teaspoon of liquid oil into the kneading bowl. At the same time, I keep mixing.

I used four and a half cups of flour in my recipe. While adding the flour, I add it slowly in a controlled manner. We will get a very soft dough. If you have watched my recipe and liked it and you are still not subscribed to my channel,

I continue to knead by hand. Then I add the rest of the flour. I used 4 and a half cups of flour in total. The cup size I used is 200 milliliters. I knead for 3-4 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined . At the end of 4 minutes, our dough

Got a very nice consistency. I find something like this. After turning it over and straightening it, I put it on the dough. I will let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour. In the meantime, we are preparing the stuffing that we will use in our pastry. I add 1 teaspoon

Of chili pepper to 150 grams of cottage cheese. I also add a bunch of dill, which I cut into small pieces . I mix the stuffing well. I set it aside later. Our dough was fermented quite nicely at the end of an hour .

I open the top and take the air out of the dough with the dough cutting scale. Thus, we will not feel the taste of yeast. I sprinkle some wheat starch on the counter to roll out the dough . In this way, our pastries will be cuter and cuter.

I put the dough on the starch. I roll out the dough as much as I can with my hands. At this stage, if you want, you can roll out all of the dough by hand in this way. Or you can thin it out using a rolling pin like I did.

We can easily make our pastries with this method. Moreover, the shape is very beautiful. I gave shape to all the dough I cut. I collect the remaining dough on the edges. I shape the dough by collecting it again with my hands. I will rest this dough again before shaping it.

I put it together and put it on the dough. While this is resting , we will apply the egg yolk to the other pastries . I put 2-3 tablespoons of milk into the egg yolk. I whisk it well and brush it on the buns.

By the way, I opened my oven to 180 degrees upside down. I’m going to put the buns in the hot oven. I take the pastries I have prepared to the hot oven. I cook for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes, our pastries are ready for service. I tried to explain
