Forest Kebap Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine video pages! today, we are cooking a recipe… which is heard too much, but it is not cooked so often… it is a meat meal, a kebap “Forest Kebap” let’s see the ingredients list, before starting to cook it…. then, we will see how to cook it

2.20 pounds of lamb cubes 2 onions 2 carrots 3 potatoes 1 cup of canned beans 1/3 cups of sunflower oil 1 tbsp tomato paste boiling water and 1 tsp salt as you can see, the ingredients list is very short it is easy to cook also we have 2 onions… we are chopping them…

After chopping them… I’m pouring 1/3 cup sunflower oil into the pot I’m heating it for a while I’m adding the chopped onions for roasting it easier… I’m adding the salt now while roasting the onions, let’s chop the carrots and potatoes I’ll not chop them into very small pieces…

This is the size which I want I’m chopping the potatoes into the same size of the carrot pieces onion is turning into transparent… I’m adding the carrot at first, because it is harder than potato I’m covering the lid of the pot, and cooking for 5 minutes to soften it

And I’m keeping on cooking it it is enough for the carrots I’m adding 1 tbsp tomato paste at first… and mixing it for a while… to remove the smell of the tomato paste… and make it lay homogenously and now, it is the turn of the meat… I’m adding the lamb cubes

It is important to… add the meat into the mixture, while the heat is high… I’m covering the lid of the pot again because there is not any water in the mixture now… I’m cooking it for 20 minutes the meat is reaching to right consistency now, it is the turn of the potato

After adding the potatoes… I’m mixing it a few times and covering the lid again… I’m cooking it for 10 more minutes now, it is the time of 1 cup of canned beans… I’m mixing it a few times and finally, I’m adding 2 cups of hot water into the mixture

I’m covering the lid again… after cooking it for 15 more minutes… we can serve it it is ready for serving… if you say that “the kebap which is cooked in a pot, is not a kebap for me”… you should try it, maybe your opinion changes… Bon Appetite! Afiyet Olsun!
