  1. Dough:
    – 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
    – 1/2 cup brown sugar
    – 1/2 white sugar
    – 1 egg
    – 1 tsp vanilla essence
    – Pinch of salt
    – 1/2 tsp baking powder
    – 1/2 tsp baking soda
    – 1 + 1/2 cup AP flour
    – White chocolate chunks (optional)
    – Milk chocolate chunks (optional)
    – Pistachio chocolate balls

    Method:
    In a bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar, and mix them well. Then, add the egg and vanilla essence, and mix again. Next, sift in the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and use the folding method to combine them into a dough. Add the chocolate chunks and fold them in. Let the dough rest in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before forming the cookie balls.

    After 15-20 minutes, use a scooper to take out one dough ball. Flatten the dough surface with your fingers, then place a pistachio ball in the center and close the dough from all sides, ensuring it’s fully covered. Roll the dough into a ball and place it on the baking tray.

    Oven settings:
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-14 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely before serving ????
