  1. 2 cups Hazelnuts

    1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

    ¼ cup Cocoa Powder

    ¾ cup Brown Sugar

    ½ teaspoon Salt

    ½ cup Milk

    ¼ cup Oil

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 6-8 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.

    Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and, using a paper towel or parchment paper, rub them together to remove the skins

    Place the peeled hazelnuts into a food processor and blend for 15-20 minutes until they transform into a smooth, creamy butter.

    Add the remaining ingredients, except for the milk or oil, and continue blending until the mixture becomes silky and smooth, resembling Nutella.

    If you prefer a creamier texture, gradually add milk or oil while blending until you reach the desired consistency.

    Spread your homemade Nutella on your favorite bread, and enjoy!

  2. tbf there are some alternatives that are almost the same price as nuttella and they are slapping way more idk nuttela became so cheap since they reduced the cocoa years ago but even tho the ingredients in the alternatives are a bit better they are still not healthy at all they just taste better imo ;D

  3. So basically she wasted a shit on of sugar, oil, and hazlenuts to prove that she is secretly a big back with no self control? Like ffs its a jar of SPREAD not a tub of pudding. No one with an ounce of self control is eating more than like 2 sandwiches worth in one sitting.

  4. My two problems with that recipe are
    1. I hate brown sugar, and yeah I swear I sadly CAN taste it no matter how little of it you use
    2. What you said, sensory issues with grainy stuff. Especially because my favorite way to eat nutella is to put some in my mouth and kinda smoosh it against the top of my mouth lol. The flavors get so intense and the consistency is SO good 🤤

  5. Like literally that exactly what I sought would be in a sweet chocolate hazelnut children's spread. Just maybe twice the sugar I thought.
    I mean I literally cook meat with palm all, it's neutral and when bleached very high in vitamins and minerals compared to dirty cheap store bought vegetable oils. I go out my way to find African wholesalers of palm oil.

  6. She probably expected it to just be hazelnuts and chocolate. Nut butters are basically entirely nuts with very little else. Nutella isn't a nut butter, though, it's a dessert spread. Nothing says you can't have dessert in a healthy diet, but if the sugar scares you maybe just stick to peanut butter or almond butter.
