200 gr brüksel lahana

Hello, I’m Chef. Welcome to my kitchen :). Half a kilo of beef cubes. Let it boil with 2 glasses of water. 3 eggplants. Let’s fry it in oil. 3-4 tablespoons of oil. 1 onion. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Let’s add the meat to the roasted tomato paste.

1 cup of tomato puree. Let it cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. I put the fried eggplant and peppers on it. 1 glass of broth. Add salt and pepper and cook on low heat. Our main dish is ready. Bread was dipped in the sauce :). 5 eggs. 1 teaspoon of water.

5.5 cups of flour. 1 teaspoon salt. Let it knead for 3-5 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 pieces in total. Let the dough rest for at least half an hour. 100 g of butter. 1 teacup of oil. Let’s open the rested dough with a rolling pin or rolling pin.

I put 1 tablespoon of butter on the tray. We do not boil the phyllo that we put first. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil to 3 liters of boiling water. Let’s boil the dough for 30 seconds. Put the boiled yufka in cold water.

Squeeze the juice and put it on the tray. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil. Let’s do the same for all the yufkas. Your water must be cold. Change the water from time to time. Let’s add cheese after the 6th dough. You can also make mincemeat. Let’s do the other yufka in the same way.

Let’s bake in the oven at 200 degrees for the first 20 minutes. Then take the oven to 180 degrees. The pastry is cooked in 40-50 minutes. Let’s cover it up and rest. Let’s turn it over and serve. Our water pie is ready.

Although it is difficult to make, it is a very delicious pastry. 200 g of brussels sprouts. Add enough water to cover it and let it sit for 20 minutes. 3 tablespoons of oil. Let’s add a cup of water. Let it cook with the lid closed until the water is absorbed.

Let’s mix it up. Salt. 1 capia pepper, 1 tea glass of boiled chickpeas. Juice of 1 lemon, half a cup of olive oil. 1 clove of garlic, salt. 1 teaspoon of pomegranate. Optionally, add walnuts. Half a tea glass of oil, 1 tea glass of vermicelli.

Let’s add 2 glasses of bulgur to the roasted vermicelli. 1 cup of meat or chicken stock. 3 glasses of hot water. Add the salt and let it boil. Let it cook on low heat after boiling. 1 cup of boiled chickpeas. Our pilaf is ready. Our yogurt soup is ready. 8 glasses of milk.

2 cups of sugar. Let the milk heat until the sugar dissolves. When the milk is warm, we can make Güllacı. The milk temperature will not burn our finger. I used 9 Güllaç leaves (250gr). Let’s break the Güllaç leaves and place them on the tray.

Let’s do the same process up to half of the leaves. 2 cups coarsely ground hazelnuts. You can add it if you want. We make the remaining Güllaç leaves in the same way. Let’s wait for her to draw her milk :). Our food is ready :). We can set our table. How are you.
