85g sugar
70g egg whites
Red food colouring
Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and leave the cookies inside to cool for 20 minutes.

Mine got burnt smell in just 10 minutes please break the code of how i am suppose to bake them like on which 1st,2nd or 3rd? And you said 60 minutes but mine was smelling like they are burning and I opened the door they were becoming brown too soon so I did lower the temperature to 55 so they slower down that browning 😅🥲😅 but yeah I have saved them from completely burning few got burn burn mark under but few were ok with brown color crispy and tasty
