Yepyeni bir ana yemek tarifim var gören hayran kalıyor yiyen tadına doyamıyor yumuşacık ipeksi krep içinde nefis kavrulmuş kıyma ve üzerinde beşamel sosla peynirin nefis birleşimi mutlaka denemelisiniz.
Malzemeler
Krep için
buğday unu ( 130 gram), 1 su bardağı
toz şeker (5 gram), 1 tatlı kaşığı
tuz ( 3 gram), 1 çay kaşığı
bitkisel yağ ( 12 ml ), 2 yemek kaşığı
süt ( 300 gram ), 1,5 su bardağı
Dolgusu için
bitkisel yağ ( 18 ml ), 3 yemek kaşığı
1 tane soğan
3 tane sivri ( yeşil ), biber
kıyma ( 600 gram)
1 tane domates
tuz, karabiber, kırmızı biber, kekik
Beşamel sos için
tereyağı ( 80 gram), 3 yemek kaşığı
buğday unu ( 90 gram), 4 yemek kaşığı
süt ( 600 ml), 3 su bardağı
tuz, karabiber
Üzeri için
kaşar peyniri (100 gram)
maydanoz, biber
