Hi y’all! Thank you so much for sharing! And I LOVE the Lottie Moon recipe! I grew up Baptist and I was a missionary myself straight out of High School because I had a burning in my bones lol. I felt like if I didn’t go I was gonna die lol. I was all over the world and lived in Thailand for 4 1/2 mos- I have a severe peanut allergy and I’m gonna be honest- I didn’t wanna go lol. I was Jonah till the last minute because I have a really bad peanut allergy and there’s no translation difference between peanut and soy so I made my own rice the whole time and offended everyone all over the country refusing food lol. God has a sense of humor. I did make pancakes once for the group we were with and they’d never had that and it was fun for them to try an American staple! I’m sure Lottie like me enjoyed sharing something different from our culture and a big dose of Jesus! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
