Hello, welcome to my channel and my kitchen. I will give you the recipe for stuffed stuffed leaves, the taste of which we cannot get enough of. First of all, let’s separate the pickled leaves into 2 or 3 pieces

. Let’s add enough water to cover them. In this way, it will release the leaf salt into the water. Let’s take a little less than 1 tea glass of olive oil into the pot. Let’s add 1 large onion and 3 cloves of garlic that we put in the blender

. Let’s wash and add about 3 cups of rice by eye. Let’s add salt according to taste. Let’s add a handful of chopped dill (I I took it out of the freezer) 4 teaspoons of mint 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper 1 glass of hot water

Let’s reduce the heat and wait for the rice to soften a little. After the first heat of our stuffing passes, I start wrapping it. By the way, I did not press hot water again because the leaves were fresh and soft. Lastly, let’s not forget to separate 4-5 leaves to cover it.

Let’s collect the stems of the leaves in a bowl. Our wrapping process is over. Let’s place the stems of the leaves on the bottom of the pot. Let’s start arranging the vines. Let’s pour a little less than a tea glass of olive oil over the vines.

Let’s drizzle about 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup over the vines. How many leaves should we put so that the stuffed stuffing does not get air and dry? Let’s put a plate on it.

Let’s pour the boiling water to the top of the leaves, leaving 1 finger left, and let it cook on low heat. I turned off the bottom of the pot, the first heat is gone. Let’s check the doneness of our stuffed stuffing. The stuffing looks delicious.
