2 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı pul biber
1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı toz biber
1 çay kaşığı karabiber

Patates püresi için:
Haşlamak için
3 adet büyük boy patates
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
Yeteri kadar su

Sonrasında:
1 çay kaşığı tuz
Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber
1 çay bardağı süt
50 gr tereyağı
