Never had Smashed Potato Salad before. I’m loving the baby potatoes for this.
Southern US use white sugar but I find that it can be too sweet sometimes. If sweet pickle is used there’s no need for sugar.
I could eat those potatoes plain…just a light sprinkle of Kosher salt.
