GEREKLİ MALZEMELER
4 patates.
3 su bardağı Su (600 ml).
2 yemek kaşığı bitkisel yağ (20 ml).
1 soğan.
1 çay kaşığı tuz (4 gr).
1 çay kaşığı karabiber (4 gr).
Maydanoz.
Kaşar peyniri (120 gr).
4 yemek kaşığı un (60 gr).
2 yumurta.
Galeta unu (100 gram).
Kızartmak için;
Bitkisel yağ.
