PATATESLİ GÖZLEME
4 orta boy patates
2 su bardağı un (kontrollü ekleyin)
4 – 5 yemek kaşığı kaşar peyniri rendesi
1 paket kabartma tozu
5-6 dal maydanoz
1 sap yeşil soğan
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1/2 çay kaşığı karabiber
üzerine sürmek için; tereyağ

POTATO FLATBREAD (GÖZLEME)
4 medium potatoes
2 cups flour (add gradually)
4-5 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1 packet baking powder
5-6 sprigs of parsley
1 stalk of green onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For brushing on top: butter
