How to Make Hatay Style Kısır Recipe?
Add bulgur, pepper and tomato paste, cumin and isot to a large bowl or tray.
Wet your hands and knead until the ingredients are well mixed.
Since we do not soften the bulgur by swelling it with hot water, wet your hands from time to time and soften the bulgur in this way.
Add olive oil and pomegranate syrup and continue kneading.

When the bulgur is soft enough to eat, add parsley, spring onion and fresh mint.
You can serve the kısır by mixing all the ingredients together and placing it on lettuce leaves.
