MALZEMELER:
Hamuru için :
1 yemek kaşığı maya

We start the making of the pastry by preparing the dough. Add a glass of warm milk into the mixing bowl. Make sure your milk and water are warm. After adding a tea glass of warm water, a tablespoon of granulated sugar, and a tablespoon of powdered yeast,

Your likes and comments are really valuable to me. After mixing enough, add a tea glass of liquid oil into it. I used 1 egg in the recipe. I put the egg white into the dough. I set it aside to brush the yolk out. Then I mix the ingredients well again.
I used four and a half cups of flour in my recipe. While adding our flour, let’s add it slowly in a controlled way. We will get a very soft dough. Therefore, this may vary depending on its brand and quality. The cup size I used in the recipe is 200 ml.
After adding some of our flour, we put our salt in it. I add 1 teaspoon of salt. I take the spatula out of the dough. I will knead in the kneading bowl for 4-5 minutes until I get a pulpy dough .
Checking the consistency of the dough, I will add flour from time to time. I will be sharing all the ingredients I used in my recipe with their measurements in the Description section below the video . If you want, you can also take a look there. Our dough turned out pretty good.
We got a concise consistency. I’m closing it. I will let it rest like this at room temperature for an hour. At the end of an hour, I roll out the dough. With the dough cutting scale, I first deflate the dough.
In this way, we will not feel the taste of yeast in the pastries we have made. I sprinkle some flour on the counter. I will take the dough on the counter and collect it here. I’m going to roll it up. After I roll it, I first cut it into 3 parts.
Then I divide the parts I have separated into three again. In this way, all of our pastries will be of the same size. I turn the pieces into meringue. After sprinkling some flour on the tray, I put the meringues on the tray. I sprinkle some flour on the meringues.
I cover it again and let it rest like this for 20 minutes. The more you rest the dough, the more beautiful and delicious your products will be. I open the top of our meringues that have rested enough and take one of them on the counter.
I cover it up so the others don’t dry out. I sprinkle some flour on the bottom and top of the meringue. In this way, the dough that we will open will not stick to the counter. I open the meringue until it is about the size of an inch.
After removing the excess flour, I set the dough aside. If you want, you can open all of your meringues in this way and set them aside , or you can shape your pastries one by one. Whichever system is convenient for you, do it that way.
After I opened all the meringues, I shaped them. I used 80 grams of butter in this recipe. After I melt the butter well, I spread it on the dough I opened. Thanks to this butter, our pastries become tastier and more beautiful. And it causes it to split.
I grated 100 grams of cheddar cheese Sprinkle evenly over the buns. I cut from the edge of the dough to the middle with the help of a roulette. You can also do this with a knife if you want. The important thing is to start from the end and cut only to the middle.
I’m rounding off, starting with the part I cut. Do not wrap too tightly at this stage. Otherwise, the cheddar cheese may come out of the pastry while it is cooking. I wrap it all the way up. I stick the parts I cut into the dough nicely. After gluing the base part,
I bring the thick part to the counter and paste it by bending it. As you can see, it is very easy to shape. I round it from the part I cut and bring it to the end. Then I close the part I cut with my hand and close it nicely.
I bring the thick part to the counter. I twist the pastry and compress it. I place it on a baking tray that I have lined with greaseproof paper. After placing all the pastries on the tray, I cover them and let the tray yeast come up for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, I finally open the buns. I put a few drops of oil into the egg yolk that I have separated . In this way, our pastries will be brighter. After mixing it well with a brush, I apply it on the pastries.
In the meantime, we opened our oven to 170 degrees upside down. I will put the pastries I have prepared in the hot oven. We take the pastries to the hot oven and fry them like pomegranate for 35 minutes.
We are waiting for the first heat to come out as soon as we take it out of the oven. Our delicious pastries are ready, thanks to the butter and cheddar cheese we put in the soft dough . I tried to explain all the tricks in this pastry recipe in detail.
