We need to have a soft dough that will not stick to the hand. After collecting the dough with my hand, I will move on to kneading it on the counter. I take it on and continue kneading here. My dear friends, you can think of the pancake dough as a bread dough. The longer you knead it, the more consistent and succinct dough you will have. Of course, you can continue kneading in the kneading bowl, but I think it is more practical this way. Yes, as you can see, the consistency of the dough is very nice.
