Sufle tadında bol çikolata soslu Islak Kek tarifi hazırladım. Yumuşacık keki ve lezzeti sosuyla efsane bir tarif ortaya çıktı. Üzerini fıstık ve çikolata ile süsleyebilirsiniz. Evdeki imkanlar doğrultusunda süsleme yapabilirsiniz. ♥️

Malzeme listesi;
4 tane yumurta
1 su bardağı şeker
1 çay bardağı süt
1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ
1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
2 çorba kaşığa kakao
6 çorba kaşığı tepeleme un

Sosu için;
2.5 su bardağı süt
Yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ
1 çay bardağı şeker
100 gr çikolata
2 çorba kaşığı kakao

Hazırlanışı; yumurta ve şekeri mikserle 3 dakika köpürtüyoruz. Daha sonra sıvı malzemeleri de ekleyip karıştırıyoruz. Un, kakao, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı elekten eliyoruz. Yağlanmış fırın kabına kek harcımızı döküyoruz. Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında alt üst ayarda 25 dk pişiriyoruz. Bir tencerenin içerisine sütü, şekeri, sıvıyağı ve kakaoyu da koyup çırpma teliyle karıştırarak pişiriyoruz. Pişmesine yakın çikolatayı da ekliyoruz. Fırından çıkan kekimizin ilk sıcaklığı çıktıktan sonra dilimlere ayırıyoruz. Sosunu eşit bir şekilde döküyoruz. Toplam 12 dilim çıktı. Afiyet olsun.

You got a fully-sauced Chocolate Moist Cake recipe from Chef Oktay which tastes like Chocolate Soufflé! We need 4 eggs, a cup of sugar, a teacup of milk, a teacup of oil, a pack of vanilla, a pack of baking powder, 2 spoons of cacao and 5 heaped spoons of flour.

For the sauce, we need 2 cups of milk, a teacup of sugar, half a teacup of oil, 2 spoons of cacao, 100 g of chocolate. Now, I froth 4 eggs (at room temperature), with a cup of sugar.

I’ve added milk and oil and now I’ll add the dry ingredients, which are 5 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of cacao, a pack of vanilla, a pack of baking powder. Now we sift them to have a better result. Otherwise they would be lumpy.

I mix them one last time and pour it in the ovenware. I thought the batter was too runny so I decided to add another spoon of flour. It really depends on the flour.

I’ll show you how the consistency should be. Only add flour if it really needs it. Now I mix everything again. This is the consistency you’re supposed to get. Now I’ll grease my ovenware (26cmx40cm). Don’t take the wires of before unplugging. Just saying to avoid accidents.

Here goes the batter in the mold. It should be slightly runny like this, otherwise your cake will be too hard. Let’s shake a little and it’s ready to go to the preheated oven at 170 degrees, to one level below the middle rack.

The sauce is cooked. It’s supposed to be hot but not boiling hot. We wait for 5 minutes and then we’ll slice it. Stay tuned! 5 mins is over and we slice now. We got 12 slices but you can cut into 16 smaller pieces. We got our soufflé sauce ready here.
