Ingredients for Celery with Béchamel Sauce Recipe
4 celery
To fry;
Half a glass of oil
250 gr ground beef
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green pepper
Half a tea glass of oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of red pepper
Half a tea glass of water
For Béchamel sauce;
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
For the top;
Slices of cheddar cheese
Celery leaves
Red pepper
Half a tea glass of hot water First, let’s clean the celery, slice it into rounds and wait in lemon water so that it doesn’t darken.
Then, let’s dry it with paper towels and fry it in hot oil.
Add oil to the pan. Add the ground meat and fry it.
When the water is absorbed, add the diced onion and pepper and continue to fry.
After frying the tomato paste, add the diced tomatoes and half a tea glass of water and let it cook. When it is cooked, add the salt and spices and remove from the stove.
Arrange a row of celery in a baking dish. Add the minced meat mixture on top. Arrange the celery on top again.
For the bechamel sauce, fry the flour and oil.
When the smell of the flour comes out, add the milk, stirring constantly.
