Since my garlic is very large, I used it by cutting it into 2-3 parts. Let it fry for 2-3 minutes Let’s add 4-5 tomatoes that we peeled and chopped 1 teaspoon salt Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until watery. In the meantime, let’s put the eggplant and peppers in another pan.
