Dear followers and viewers, welcome to my kitchen. Today in my kitchen, we will prepare a lemon foam recipe, which will make everyone very happy with its consistency and presentation, I wish you all a pleasant viewing. I washed the peels of the lemons I will use 3 lemons very well.
I cut the washed lemons lengthwise. I will use the rind of the lemon as a bowl later. So I take out the inside using a tablespoon. I created the bowl. Only this way was difficult for me. so I took the knife and the corner
So I took the knife and carefully cut a cut on the corner. In this way, it is much easier to insert the spoon into it. But you have to be careful not to pierce the lemon peel.
After making the cut, it was much easier to insert the spoon into it and remove the peel. After a certain point, you can easily pull out the inside of the lemon by pulling it in your hand. We will use these as bowls later.
I will use 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. There is enough lemon juice in the bowl as you can see. The lemon I used was a very juicy lemon. Too much lemon juice came out while I was carving it in. What would I do if that wasn’t the case?
I was going to cut the inside of one lemon into small cubes, put it in a colander and press it with a spoon to extract the juice from the lemon. Since there was too much lemon juice in the bowl, I did not do this process because it had juice.
I used it directly by straining the juice of the lemon in the bowl. After washing 1 lemon well, I grate it with the fine side of the grater. We will use the zest of 1 lemon. I like to start the recipe after preparing all the ingredients.
That’s why I’m preparing my ingredients first and then I’ll start the recipe. We prepared the bowls. We grated the lemon and got the lemon juice. Now I’m starting to prepare the lemon mousse.
I put the cream in a small saucepan and we use a box of 200 milliliters of 35 percent fat cream. I took a tea glass of granulated sugar, and the peel of 1 grated lemon in the pot and the peel of 1 grated lemon in the pot.
The trick here is we will not boil the cream, we will only heat it. I brought the stove to a short temperature and melted the sugar in it, stirring constantly. After the sugar melted, I kept it on the stove for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. and thoroughly warmed the cream.
At the end of the day, I set it aside. I mix it up once in a while to let it cool. After it cools down a bit, I will put 4 tablespoons of lemon juice in it. I mix it on one side and add lemon juice on the other.
After it has cooled well, I will fill the lemon peel into the bowls. That’s why I mix it up. I’m going to pass it through a colander now. In this way, the lemon peels inside will remain in the colander. I take the lemon peels I prepared into the serving plate.
I shared the lemon mousse dessert, which was well warmed inside the lemon peels. The dessert should rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. You can serve the dessert after resting in the refrigerator for 3 hours. I want to take a spoon or two and show you how good the consistency is.
