I added a little salt to 3 cups of baldo rice and soaked it for 15 minutes. I rinsed it 3 or 4 times to drain off the starch. I added butter and oil. I’ll sauté the rice for 5-6 minutes. While sautéing, I added a little salt. I also added 4 cups of hot broth that I’d prepared in advance . I stirred twice and added a bay leaf. I cooked it over low heat. I checked the rice. Be sure to pour the water from the lid into the sink. When I checked the space, there was no water left. I only stirred the rice once . I’ll cover it with a cloth and move the rice.
