  1. Does anyone realize that, at least on YouTube, American cooking seldom not using celery, onion, garlic, tomatoes; Italian pretty much tomatoes, celery, onions, wine, garlic; Chinese seldom miss out light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine, starch… Sure, they mix in some herbs, some seasonings, … but basically the same stuff.

  2. Are sleazy, nonsensical clickbait titles now to be the norm for Chef JP's once-great YouTube channel? Would it have cause you such pain to use the words "Beef Stew Soup" in the title and let us decide on our own whether we should make it? I will resubscribe when this hideous practice has stopped.

  3. Hi Chef Jean Pierre, I don't know where to put requests so i'm putting it here in hopes you see it. I just bought a big pork shoulder bone-in. I'm thinking of making Carnitas (mexican tacos). I found a few different recipes and I feel confident I can do a good job. But if you're interested in making a video with this idea I would love to watch it. Thanks.
