I’ve got some hot and fresh Pishi (Fried Bread) for you! But this time, it’s with cheese too. I’m going to prepare Fried breads with cheese and parsley. We need 4 cups of flour, 1.5 cups of milk, half a teacup of yoghurt, a pack of baking powder, an egg, a coffee spoon of salt, 100 g of mozarella cheese, 2 spoons of any cheese you got. We recite Basmala and here we go. I’m mixing the flour with salt and baking powder. Then I’ll make a well in the middle and add the egg, milk and yoghurt. Later on, we’ll add cheese. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful) Parsley, 1.5 cups of milk, and the egg’s already in and now I add the half teacup of yoghurt. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful) The only ingredient that’s left is the cheese. I’ll add it right after I get a smooth dough. You can use any cheese you got. I smash the curd cheese and throw it right into the bowl, plus the grated mozarella cheese. Please stay tuned for the details. I’ll be so happy if you subscribe. We’re almost at 1.2M! After dusting some flour to the counter, we start rolling the dough out without pressing too much. Otherwise it’ll stick to the counter. We need to be nice and gentle. Now I’ll cut the dough like this. The width of the rolling pin is just fine for the dough. We didn’t dust any flour onto the surface, so be careful, the pin may stick to the dough. I’ll quickly cut some pieces in a finger length (10cm) to start frying. The cooking oil’s warmed up. Don’t make it too hot. The dough rested only for 15 minutes. I guarantee you that they’re gonna get puffy. Here I am, preparing recipes just for you. They look great, don’t they? What do you think? Don’t heat up the oil too much or else, the inside won’t fry. Have the oil on medium-heat and the dough at this thickness only. You see, how quickly they puffed up. Showing it in all angles. Please stay tuned.
