Is this plane yogurt or vanilla yogurt? You could use whatever flavor you wanted? Also I need to figure out how many grams are in a cup I don't know anything about grams… I think using vanilla yogurt and adding a little bit of vanilla extract and maybe some cinnamon and nutmeg or something like that still keeping it super simple but that looked pretty good I like that you did this from yogurt! And without a bunch of flour and sugar. I can't wait to try if I can figure out the grams to cups!

Can you use Greek yogurt? ….. plain or vanilla? Since plain yogurt has no sugar, can you use honey and maybe cinnamon for flavour?
