It’s a truly simple recipe, and everyone who tried it loved it. Without making you wait any longer, let’s make the recipe. Let’s get to the recipe. Enjoy watching, my dear friends. Enjoy watching. The ingredients we need are one egg. As you can see, we have three ingredients for our sauce. I put one egg in a whisking bowl. I add one teaspoon of oil. Then I add one teaspoon of milk and whisk well to thoroughly combine the egg, milk, and oil. We need to whisk well, my friends. Whisk it for a long time, please. The egg whites need to be completely broken down and incorporated into the sauce. There shouldn’t be any pieces left in the sauce. But if you prepare it this way, please don’t forget to line your pan or tray with a plastic bag and place your börek on top. Because we’ll be using the leftover sauce, friends , we’ll pour the remaining sauce over the börek to make it softer . As you can see, I’m adding the third piece of börek to the pan and filling it around it. Now our börek is ready to cook. You can let it sit like this . You can pour the sauce and let it sit overnight . I drizzle the remaining sauce over the phyllo dough first, then over the börek. I don’t want everything to get wet and dry . You can sauce your phyllo dough more generously. If you don’t want to pour the sauce on top , you won’t have much sauce left over. Or, you can reduce the amount of milk and oil you use. As you can see, I poured the remaining sauce over my börek. I didn’t let it sit. You can let it sit if you like. You can make it the night before and bake it for breakfast this morning. It’ll be so much easier. I put it on the stove and started cooking. I browned it on the bottom and turned it more frequently to make sure it was cooked through. As you can see, our börek is ready. We made a börek with two sheets of phyllo dough and a few ingredients in one pan. It’s a real lifesaver in emergencies . I wholeheartedly recommend you make it.
