Hamuru Açmak İçin: Nişasta

Şerbeti İçin:
4 su bardağı şeker ( 720 gram )
4 buçuk su bardağı su ( 900 ml )
limon dilimi

Pişirmek İçin:
Tereyağı (100 gram )
Yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ ( 90 ml )

Üzeri İçin:
İsteğe göre fındık

pişirme : 170 °C fırında kızarana kadar pişirelim
