Just when you thought I couldn’t take it any further, your girl made a vegan chilling boil. And there’s how I made it. I started by dicing my bell pepper and jalapeno. And I use lots of garlic. And I saute it in a pot with some avocado oil. And you use a good amount for that. You want to make some vegan fat. Next, you’re going to go ahead and add in this boiling bag crab. And it is completely vegan. Just full of herbs. And add in your water. Next, I’m going to use this dried bean curd. That’s what I’ll be using for my vegan chitlins. You can also use frozen or fresh. Then I’m going to use this imitation pork broth. Okay guys, it is completely vegan. I’m going to add my hot sauce, my salt, my pepper, my garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and give that a nice little stir. Then I’m going to go ahead and add in my corn, and my potatoes. Allow this to cook for about 25 minutes before adding a juice of one lemon and add those lemons into it as well, and cook for about another 15 minutes. You’re going to add in your vegan wishes sauce, some black pepper, and my red house seasoning. Now, this part is super important. You want to make sure that you fry and season your vegan sausages and keep it separate from the boil. I don’t know what y’all be doing to those vegan sausages, but y’all be killing it, and ain’t even no meat in it. Once your boil is done, you’re going to add it to a bowl. Then you’re going to top it with your sausages. There is a vegan egg that you can find at Whole Foods. You can add that as well. But you got to have your hot sauce. Sop that thing up and enjoy. If you want the full recipes for the chilins, make sure you check out my cookbook. It’s so amazing. And everything else that I use for this video, I’ll leave it in the description box below. Ciao. Got the booty noodle without the doodoo.
